Teads CTV campaign for Decathlon Switzerland drove 30,000 attributed purchases

Thirty thousand attributed purchases resulted from a two-month connected TV campaign that Decathlon Switzerland ran with Teads across Switzerland in spring 2026. The retailer used Teads' CTV Traffic solution in an instream format to reach households with an interest in outdoor activities, aiming to inspire hiking, biking and camping trips at the start of the season. A custom measurement model linked CTV impressions to visits and purchases on the Decathlon website across a 30-day attribution window, tracking activity across devices within the same household. The campaign produced an 11 percent visit rate, seven times the global benchmark, a cost per visit 40 percent below the DACH benchmark, and a bounce rate 59 percent lower than benchmark, with visitors spending about three minutes on the site on average. "Our collaboration with Teads has shown that TV advertising drives website visits with a high intent to purchase," said Quentin Perceval, Digital Media Planner at Decathlon Switzerland.
Planners now have a template for building sales attribution into CTV buys: link impressions to on-site behavior with a defined attribution window, and measure visit quality alongside volume. Claudio Lumbiarres, Teads' Managing Director for Switzerland and the Nordics, said the case study shows CTV in Switzerland can drive results through to the point of purchase when exposure and website action are clearly linked. Agencies planning CTV in DACH markets gain a benchmark for cost per visit and bounce rate to measure future campaigns against, and a method for tracking the journey from the living room screen to the purchase on another device.
