We plan, price and measure media — three products, one partner.
Tilsim is a media-technology company. We don’t build “one big platform for everything”: we have three standalone products, each solving its own job on the advertising market. TV budgeting, TV-viewing analytics and server-side digital attribution work on their own — and for each client we assemble an individual bundle from them.
Three tools. Each solves its own job.
These aren’t modules of one system but separate products, each with its own logic, data and interface. Take one — or combine them.
TV Budgeting
TV campaign costingPlans a campaign both ways: how much the required rating volume costs, and how many ratings a given budget buys — with rate cards, seasonality, prime/off-prime and seller discounts.

TV-viewing analyticsTV-viewing analytics on Nielsen data: spot monitoring, TV landscape, target audiences, a dashboard builder and a client portal — plan and actual in one window.

Server-side attributionServer-side conversion delivery to Meta and Google for online stores: recovers 30–60% of the signal lost to Safari, ad blockers and cookie limits. Lifts Meta data quality (EMQ) to 8+.

Answers two mirror questions: “how much will the required volume of advertising cost?” and “how much advertising will we get for the allocated budget?”. Both directions run on the same formulas — the reverse path isn’t separate maths, it’s the same chain run backwards.
- Two calculation directions: TRP → budget and budget → TRP, on a single frozen maths core.
- Real market mechanics: channel rate cards (CPP), seasonal coefficients, prime/off-prime, seller discount ladders (multiplied, not added).
- Affinity and spot length: TRP↔GRP conversion by channel audience, weighting by duration.
- Flight planning: TRP across weeks and channels, brand shares, channel split, finalization-readiness checks.
- Accuracy as reproducibility: the calculation core is locked by parity tests against the agency’s reference Excel file.
TV PlannerTV-viewing analytics on Nielsen data
Turns Nielsen exports into live campaign analytics: spot monitoring, the TV-viewing landscape and target audiences — across the whole system. The agency builds reports, the client sees results in their own cabinet. The product is already in production.
- Nielsen data: spot monitoring (SPOT), TV landscape (Viewing + Schedule), an import center with mapping and validation into PostgreSQL.
- Target audiences: filtering and recomputing metrics for the chosen audience — across dashboards, R&F and export.
- Dashboard builder: KPIs, charts, tables and rankings — a report assembled without code.
- Live metrics: GRP, TRP, Reach, Frequency, CPP, Spend; delivery trends and plan/actual comparison by channel.
- Client portal: separate agency and client cabinets — reports published in one window.
ValueMetricsServer-side conversion attribution for e-commerce
Online stores lose 30–60% of conversion signal to Safari ITP, ad blockers and cookie limits. ValueMetrics sends conversions server-side — straight to Meta and Google — and recovers that signal, lifting data quality and ad-optimization accuracy.
- Server-side delivery: Meta Conversions API and Google Enhanced Conversions on a single path — as the 2025–2026 market requires.
- EMQ 8+: we lift Meta’s public event-match-quality score to 8+ (below 6 Meta may zero out attribution).
- 400-day cookies: via a CNAME subdomain on the store’s infrastructure — surviving Safari ITP (instead of 7 days).
- Identity resolution and dedup: email/phone matching with multi-device, event_id dedup, GDPR consent from day one.
- Free tracking audit: a review of the client’s stack (GTM, gtag, Pixel, CAPI, GA4 ↔ Ads) and a concrete fix plan.
A bundle per client. In one window.
The products are standalone, but together they close the full media loop: plan and cost TV → measure TV viewing on Nielsen data → close on digital conversions. We don’t sell a box — we assemble an individual bundle from the three tools to fit your channels, data and processes, and bring it into one window where you see not only media but the real business result: sales and visits.
