Alfa-Investments lifts target actions 70x with Rafinad's blogger certificate campaign

Before the campaign, Alfa-Investments generated about 50 target actions a month for its brokerage and IIS product, the investment arm of Alfa-Bank. Working with agency Rafinad, part of Kokoc Group, the brand tested gift certificates as an incentive for opening an account and making a first deposit, then ran the offer through 258 bloggers on Telegram, VKontakte and Max chosen for audiences interested in deals, financial literacy and personal finance. Each blogger kept their own tone of voice and presented the offer as a personal recommendation to their audience. Rafinad monitored application volume and traffic quality through its CPA platform in real time, reallocating budget toward the best-performing bloggers as the 17-day active phase produced 451 placements. Monthly target actions rose from about 50 to 3,500, a roughly 70-fold increase.
Complex financial products carry long consideration cycles, and cost per qualified lead often climbs as paid search and programmatic campaigns scale. Rafinad's result gives agencies planning fintech and investment acquisition budgets a working alternative: pair an incentive like a gift certificate with a curated blogger network, track quality signals in real time, and shift spend toward the placements that convert. The case also signals that gift-certificate mechanics, already common for debit card sign-ups, can extend to regulated investment products without diluting audience quality.
