Methodology
How Tilsim verifies its numbers — product by product, without asking for trust.
TV Budgeting: the same inputs always give the same answer
A plan costed today gives the same figure next month and in the post-buy review. Nothing in the arithmetic shifts quietly: a coefficient changes only when someone decides it should, and every change is checked automatically before it can reach a client's plan.
When an agency moves over, its existing plans are reproduced figure by figure, so the history a client has already approved still holds after the switch — and that check keeps running afterwards, not just on the day of the move.
Client workbooks stay on the agency side and never leave it. The chain being checked — rate cards, seasonality, dayparts, ladders, iteration — is described on the TV Budgeting product page.
TV Planner: Nielsen-formula verification
TV Planner reads Nielsen exports for the Moldovan TV market — spot monitoring, people-meter viewing at member level, broadcast schedules — and reproduces Nielsen figures. Metric formulas are verified line by line against the Nielsen desktop reporting in daily agency use, and those comparisons run as permanent automated checks.
Tilsim is a user of Nielsen data and a partner, not a certification holder. TV Planner is Tilsim's own software and is neither certified nor endorsed by Nielsen; all trademarks belong to their owners. The metrics themselves, and what the client sees, are on the TV Planner product page.
ValueMetrics: send-level logging
Every conversion sent to Meta Conversions API, Google Enhanced Conversions or Google's Data Manager API is logged individually — orders in, events out, failures and retries. Match rate is reported in three separate columns (email, phone, cookie) instead of one blended figure, and the results land in your own ad accounts: if our dashboard and your Ads Manager disagree, your Ads Manager is the one that counts.
What is connected today, and what has to change on the store's side, is listed on the ValueMetrics product page.
What we do not do
- No blended or unverifiable headline metrics — every number traces to a source you can open.
- No loosening tolerances to make a release pass.
- No claims about markets or integrations we have not built. What is connected today is listed on each product page; anything else is scoped work, agreed up front.
